A1: Check your Bulk or Spam folder. Emails from BestInternationalCard.com may be put there.
A2: Some orders are processed manually, so PINs are emailed between about 7AM and midnight, Eastern time. If you are getting impatient, use the contact page to send me a question/reminder.
A3: Make sure you gave a working email address! Guess why I say this?!

Q: How can these cards be so inexpensive?
A1: Part of it is the glut of fiber optic capacity. Part competition. Part lack of greed.
A2: The access numbers are all local. Cards that have toll free access numbers have higher rates.

Q: I'm not impressed. Your card has a higher rate than the one I already use.
A1: If your current phone card has a weekly fee or connection charge, you might have to talk for at least an hour to match the one cent/minute rate. Your advertised low rate is for a single call. As long as you plan on talking for eight hours at a time, stick with your present card.

Q: Can I recharge my PIN?
A1: Yes, if you call customer service. But I don't earn a commission that way and would really prefer it if you would order a new phone card. I would rather help you program your cell phone to speed dial the access number and PIN than have you recharge your old PIN.

Q: Why does the call disconnect right after the lady tells me how many minutes are left?
A: Probably because all the lines to your destination are in use. Try again later.

Q: How can I dial another number without hanging up, dialing in again and entering my PIN again?
A: Hold down the # key for 2 seconds.
